  1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and use of services provided by ScaleFlow Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

1.2 By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Refund and Dispute Policy

2.1 All sales are final. Due to the nature of consulting and coaching services, refunds will not be provided once the program has commenced. 

2.2 Any disputes must be submitted in writing (via email or physical mail) within 7 days of program completion. We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution at our sole discretion. 

2.3 If a client is unable to continue the program due to unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling options may be provided at our discretion. 

2.4 Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in legal action and the termination of services.

  1. Promotions and Special Offers

3.1 Any promotions, discounts, or special offers provided by ScaleFlow Consulting are subject to the following conditions:

  • Promotions are time-limited and may be discontinued at any time.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotional pricing applies only to new clients unless otherwise specified

3.2 Any abuse or misuse of promotional offers may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  1. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments for services must be made upfront and in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

4.2 Failure to complete payment may result in termination of service access. 

4.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.

  1. Limitation of Liability

5.1 ScaleFlow Consulting is not liable for any business losses, revenue decreases, or operational disruptions resulting from the implementation of provided consulting or automation services.

5.2 The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

  1. Amendments

6.1 ScaleFlow Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or website notice.
